We love to get out to spread our Menopause Message.
A few events that stand out so far this year;
- Menopause awareness to staff at Norwich School at their INSET day before term started in January
- An evening of case studies and menopause awareness Goat Shed in Honingham in March
- A brilliant ‘Myth-Busting’ evening event at John Lewis in March
- Women’s health promotion and championing at Norwich City football’s Nest in March
- John Lewis Wellness Weekend 6-7th April

A couple of photos are attached, we particularly love the ‘Happy Vagina’ bag snap. Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause is a big issue for many women, and this is a group of symptoms many women still feel uncomfortable talking about even to their health care providers. Vaginal oestrogen is incredibly effective and safe, and can be used with or without whole body HRT. We are determined to keep on flying the flag for wider use!
